What is PlateLoad?
PlateLoad is an AI-powered strength training and nutrition app that helps users generate workout plans, log gym sessions, follow meal plans, track progress, and keep training consistent.
Is PlateLoad beginner friendly?
Yes. PlateLoad starts with onboarding questions about your goal, experience, schedule, equipment, limitations, and food preferences so the plan can meet you where you are.
Can I log workouts without a connection?
Workout logging is designed to be offline-first. Changes are saved locally first and sync in the background when your connection is available.
What workout details can I track?
You can log weight, reps, timed work, distance, set types, RPE, supersets, rest timers, workout notes, per-exercise notes, sticky exercise reminders, and PRs.
What nutrition features are included?
PlateLoad can generate daily meal plans with recipes, portions, calories, macros, and shopping lists. Premium features add deeper meal planning, Protein Boosts, and photo meal logging with a user-reviewed AI estimate.
Does PlateLoad work with Apple Health?
On iOS, completed workouts can be written to Apple Health when the sync toggle is enabled and permission has been granted. PlateLoad writes workout summaries; per-set strength details stay in PlateLoad.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is needed for core workout logging and basic tracking. Premium unlocks more AI workout plans, expanded meal planning, unlimited templates, photo meal logging, all coach insights, adaptive plan adjustments, and broader history access.
What does the free plan include?
Free users can log workouts, use the exercise library and custom exercises, sync completed workouts to Apple Health on iOS, use dark mode and kg/lbs preferences, and try limited AI plans, meal plans, photo logging, templates, and basic insights.
What does Premium unlock?
Premium unlocks unlimited workout plan generation, unlimited templates, template sharing, expanded meal planning/history, unlimited photo meal logging, Protein Boosts, cuisine-aware meals, all coach insights, adaptive plan adjustments, and broader workout history visibility.
