- Sync and offline issues
When data looks stuck, the first checks are connectivity, account session validity, and time drift. PlateLoad retries background sync, but manual refresh can unblock edge cases.
- Apple Health troubleshooting
When Health writes fail, it is usually permissions, system toggles, or transient OS issues. Most cases resolve by re-authorising or toggling sync once.
