Adaptive adjustments (Premium)

Premium adaptive logic reviews recent completion, RPE, and plateau signals to suggest load or volume nudges — not random variation.

Why it matters

Static Programs ignore real life. Thoughtful adjustments keep you progressing without guessing whether to add five kilos or back off.

How to use it

  1. When a banner or insight proposes an adjustment, read the short rationale.
  2. Accept or dismiss changes explicitly so the Program stays aligned with your intent.
  3. Keep logging RPE and completion — sparse logs produce conservative suggestions.

Tips

  • Missed sessions happen; the system is designed to resume safely rather than punish you.
  • If a suggestion conflicts with pain or schedule, dismiss it and fix the underlying constraint first.
