PlateLoad

Guide

Personal records (PRs)

PlateLoad celebrates meaningful bests: max weight, rep PRs at a given load, and estimated one-rep max improvements where applicable.

Why it matters

PRs make progress tangible. They are also guardrails so you do not chase arbitrary numbers without context.

How to use it

  1. Train normally; PR detection runs when you complete qualifying sets.
  2. Open the PR detail to see which record type triggered.
  3. Use history to compare long-term strength trends, not only single spikes.

Tips

  • Rep PRs at moderate loads often predict future heavy singles — celebrate those too.
  • Estimated 1RM is a model, not a literal command — treat it as a trend line.
