PlateLoad

Guide

Templates and sharing

Save proven sessions as reusable templates. Premium includes sharing so another lifter can import your structure instantly.

Why it matters

Templates remove repeated setup for favourite splits, challenges, or coach-written blocks. Sharing spreads good programming without screenshots.

How to use it

  1. Create a template from scratch or save a completed workout as a template from the summary flow.
  2. Organise templates into folders and duplicate when experimenting.
  3. Start an ad-hoc session from a template when you are off-Program but want familiar exercises.
  4. Use the share action to generate a link for eligible Premium accounts.

Tips

  • Name templates by goal and frequency so future-you picks the right one fast.
  • When importing a shared template, review equipment assumptions before starting.
